Aspectos positivos: Staff en especial Jose es excellent. Buen hotel. Solo que un día cerraron la alberca y la existencia de platillos en la comida es inconsistente. Muy buen desayuno.

Aspectos positivos: Mi estancia en Casa Yati fue perfecta. habitaciones muy cómodas y un servicio excepción. Diría que es el mejor hotel en La Ventanilla. Ubicación inmejorable y ambiente tranquilo. ¡Volveré sin duda!

Exceptional stay, can’t wait to return

Aspectos positivos: Everything about this stay was excellent. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff really made the difference — always kind, attentive, and willing to help with anything. It made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Honestly, nothing to complain about. Would 100% stay here again.

Aspectos negativos: At over 250 usd per night I thought it was overpriced for what was delivered and some real basic elements were missing Service was sketchy and at times non existent - depending on who was working Terrible cafe con leche - worst of a 3 week trip this needs fixing pronto Invest in : Side plates - there weren’t any 🫣 Tea spoons - ditto Milk jugs

A magical retreat in the heart of nature

Aspectos positivos: Casa Yati is a hidden gem in Ventanilla, a breathtaking village within a natural reserve on the Oaxacan coast. Surrounded by turtles, crocodiles, and incredible wildlife, this place offers a truly unique and immersive experience in nature. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuine — especially thanks to Juan, Diego, and the chef Santiago, for their kindness and care. The rooms are charming and comfortable, with spectacular ocean views, and the food… simply outstanding. I tried meals in towns all around, but nothing compared to the delicious dishes served at the hotel. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great Hotel, wonderful location, best staff

Aspectos positivos: The hotel is absolutely outstanding. Perfect if you want some calm and truly relaxing time, without many tourists around you. The beach is pretty much exclusively used by this Hotel. However, you can be in Mazunte in 10 minutes by taxi or scooter. Here you don‘t miss a thing, as you have some small shops around and the kitchen is open all day. The food is really amazing, maybe the best octopus-salad I had in my life. Above all I have to mention the great and cool team of Casa Yati :) - really outstanding and sympathetic staff, doing everything to make your stay wonderful.

Aspectos positivos: Casa Yati was amazing! The property is on a beautiful beach, perfect for a sunset walk. The rooms have a cool thatched roof design with views of the ocean, which was very peaceful. Also loved the healthy food at the restaurant. Need to come back soon!

Paradise on the beach
