Atención personal, confort y seguridad en ambiente relajado.
Aspectos positivos: La atención cálida y eficiente del personal. La estética del hotel y las habitaciones. La ubicación enfrente a la playa, el magnifico servicio de bar y restaurant en las tarde/noche. La cercanía con otras playas como Mazunte y Zipolite.
Aspectos negativos: Durante nuestra estancia hubo problemas de señal de Internet que supimos afectaba al área de San Agustinillo.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable
Aspectos positivos: Beautiful, clean, relaxing and super friendly staff. We’ve been traveling around the area of Huatulco, and this hotel was our favorite up until now. It has been newly renovated and is super clean and stylish, right on the beach. The beds are very comfortable and the food very good. The staff is helpful, attentive and friendly. Also, San Agustinillo is a tiny charming clean town. Loved it! Thank you to Luigi and his colleagues!

Wonderful stay
Aspectos positivos: Really great staff, comfy bed, very clean, the room with a balcony is nice. Direct access to the beach. The food here is also really good.
Aspectos negativos: The road can be a little noisy if you are in a room at the back, but that can't really be helped! Book a room with a sea view / balcony and you'll be at the front

Beautiful palapas in great location in peaceful bay of San Agustinillo
Aspectos positivos: The room was fantastic- ocean views really fabulous. I was struggling with the noise from the road nearby as I'm a bit of a sensitive soul- the staff were extremely accommodating and able to help me switch rooms, friendly and really made me feel at home! thank you I'll be back!!!

Fab little hotel, with a great friendly team who could not have done anything more for me during my stay!
Aspectos positivos: The location is amazing - right on the beach with your own sun loungers & umbrellas to use free of charge. The hotel is relatively new so the team are working very hard to put this place on the map - the small boutique vibe is perfect for solo or couple travellers. The rooms are spacious & new, with fans & the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. It has a great little restaurant on the beach & super attentive staff, who always offer ice cold water or coffee (and tequila shots if you want one!) throughout the day. Rooms were turned over daily which is great. The team helped me find local bike rentals, called me my departing taxi & generally were on hand whenever I needed. The deep fried shrimp tacos are a must. It was the Perfect place to do nothing & totally switch off.
Aspectos negativos: It can be a little noisy at night - but that’s due to the proximity to the road really. Hard to avoid if you want a beach front stay in St.A.

A Very peaceful and happy place
Aspectos positivos: The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They let me stay in my room as long as I needed on my last day. I felt very happy there. Right on the beach and I could see the sea from my room. Very easy going and relaxed atmosphere
Aspectos negativos: The room is open to the outside so mosquitoes do come in

Aspectos positivos: We extended our stay because this place is perfect. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff are absolute rock stars. Always smiling and incredibly friendly. It’s very quiet at night, and you can hear the sound of the ocean. We loved it!

Aspectos positivos: Such a lovely place, right on the beach. Free water, and coffee in the morning as well . A nice resto-bar on the lower level - not too loud but very atmospheric. The room was beautiful and airy and had amazing views. Great friendly staff as well, would love to stay again!
Aspectos negativos: Like most places in this part of town there's a small amount of road noise but the ocean masks most of it. I'm a light sleeper and would be very happy staying here again

Aspectos positivos: Great location right at the beach, a spacious room with an ocean view and a lovely staff who want you to have a really good time! The cold bottle of water whenever needed was definitely a nice addition especially with this hot weather. I would definitely recommend and come back if I will be in the area!
