Aspectos positivos: Excelente ubicación, excelente trató del personal, excelente habitación y el desayuno ni se diga !! Y sobre todo la atención que nos dio el gerente Alfonso no tiene con que pagarse. Conclusión: mil veces recomendado y por supuesto que regresaría.

Aspectos positivos: Desde que llegamos a las instalaciones la atención muy cordial, muy amables todo el personal, las instalaciones perfectas, cada detalle es perfecto una decoración increíble, la habitación completa en todos los sentidos, el restaurante el servicio, la comida, las bebidas todo muy bueno, sin dejar de mencionar la vista espectacular que tienen, sin duda satisfecha con todo y muy placentera mi instancia.
Aspectos negativos: No puedo responder esta pregunta, ya que quede fascinada con el hotel.

Aspectos positivos: The room and the share area are really beautiful and spacious. The view is awesome.
Aspectos negativos: The laundry service as well as the check out was chaotic. We were running after our clothes as the staff didn’t know where it was. We don’t know how much they charged us at the end of the stay because they couldn’t tell us at the check out. We lost lots of time due to staff.

Feeling of home with luxury all around. Outstanding views and the best Hamburgers in Oaxaca!
Aspectos positivos: Loved the feel of home. There was a family atmosphere as the hotel and hostel being so close together gave opportunity to meet new people. Xeno is SUPER dog friendly and the staff was very patient as we were there with our 10 month old Golden Retriever.
Aspectos negativos: They are still a bit under construction and growing so some things feel a little undone. When you first drive in you may think you are in the wrong place because it doesn’t look like it’s open. But just park and make your way to the office and you will be fine.

Aspectos positivos: La cercanía a la playa Estacahuite, y las instalaciones muy lindas, comida buena, coctelería excelente.
Aspectos negativos: Las distancias hacia otras playas, tienes que rentar moto para poder trasladarte porque los taxis son costosos

The stay was comfortable and relaxing. I would visit again!
Aspectos positivos: Very clean and a lovely view of the ocean. The food was delicious and it was a very comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and facilities and amenities worked perfectly. The hotel is small and comfortable making it very relaxing.
Aspectos negativos: I honestly have no complaints about the property. The only thing is that the prices for food almost everywhere is kind of high. I would also recommend renting a car to be able to visit other beaches and restaurants.

Aspectos positivos: El hotel está bonito y muy cerca de la playa, solo tienes que bajar por una calle empinada y en 5 minutos llegas. Me encantó que es pet friendly y que haya una cama y platos ya puestos en la habitación que es muy cómoda, tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador, tv de buen tamaño y frigo bar. El restaurant también está bueno: tienes platillos con ingredientes típicos de Oax como quesillo, chapulines y yerba santa más platillos surtidos de otro tipo, en nuestro caso el desayuno estaba incluido y muy bien, nos dejó satisfechos hasta la hora de la comida. Tiene alberca y la dejan usar hasta las 11:00 p.m. y por último todos y todas que trabajan ahí son muy amables, sin duda regresaría cada fin de semana pero hay que trabajar .... :)

Aspectos positivos: Todo fue muy bueno. La atención de todo el personal, el lugar es muy tranquilo, siempre limpio, la vista increíble, muy cerca de la playa y la comida buena. Sin duda regresaré.
