Aspectos positivos: El personal muy amable y nos brindaron la información que fuimos necesitando. Se agradece el hervidor en la habitación y disfrutamos los pastelitos a toda hora

Aspectos negativos: La iluminación de la habitación es demasiado tenue y el desayuno podría partir más temprano

Hermosa arquitectura y servicio inigualable

Aspectos positivos: Sinceramente lo que más nos gustó aparte de la instalaciones, fue la atención. Desde el momento en el que llegamos nos trataron de la mejor manera y a pesar de un pequeño percance al llegar a la ciudad, el equipo nos ayudó a solucionar todo. La bienvenida fue insuperable, una hermosa decoración y amenidades, así como detalles por nuestra luna de miel. Agradecemos el excelente trato por parte de José y Manuel durante toda nuestra estadía.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful design and location

Aspectos positivos: The design, the atmosphere, the details in the room.

Aspectos negativos: Very noisy mainly because of the type and quality of the windows. Breakfast was average as in an every hotel we stayed in Mexico.

An unforgettable experience at Becino!

Aspectos positivos: We had such a great experience at Becino! The hotel is incredible - such beautiful staff, comfortable bed, great amenities, and an impressive design! The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable and at home. Becino is pure style, with beautiful local artworks located around the hotel and in the rooms. We were treated to a delicious Mezcalita welcome drink from Boulenc and delicious local chocolates and mezcal. The breakfast and coffee is also impressive, the pastries from Boulenc are as good (if not better) than the pastries we’ve had in France and the coffee that Jose makes is the best coffee we’ve had since leaving Australia! The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything. We will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again!

Great location and staff

Aspectos positivos: Excellent staff - extremely helpful starting before arrival they reached out to ensure everything would be to our liking, super welcoming with arrival gifts, drinks, 24/7 fresh pastries from Boulenc, great breakfast and super convenient location

Aspectos negativos: Was very noisy - on a busy street they provided ear plugs but ideally I don’t have to wear earplugs to bed at a nice hotel

Aspectos positivos: Great architecture and design in the heart of Oaxaca. There were great advantages with it being part of Boulenc. You get food and drinks from the restaurant delivered to your room, which was a plus.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately we expected more from the installations. We had an issue with our bathroom which we communicated. However, the issue was not resolved (the floor flooded when showering). Also, there were no hangers for the wet towels. We expected more for our money in this regard, considering the price. Also, staff were not very helpful. We asked for a taxi and we were only offered a 900 peso ride to the airport (brutally expensive). When asking for a cheaper option, we never heard back…disappointing.

Aspectos positivos: Jose and the team at Becino made our stay excellent! Delicious breakfast with goods from Boulenc, the famous bakery partner of the hotel. Spacious rooms with confortable beds, right in the center of Oaxaca. Would totally recommend!
