Aspectos positivos: La atención fue lo mejor. Lizberh nos recibió y atendió super amablemente. Muy cómodo, con una cocina de uso común (muy práctica). El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo y todo cerca.

Excelente alojamiento

Aspectos positivos: Liz, la administradora es muy amable. Pedimos que una de las habitaciones se arreglara con motivo de cumpleaños y quedó preciosa. El alojamiento está cerca de Mazunte y San Agustinillo, así que puedes ir a cualquiera de las dos playas sin problema. También pedimos late check out y si se pudo hacer. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Aspectos negativos: Al inicio habíamos pedido una suite y una habitación doble, después la cambiamos por dos habitaciones dobles y cuando llegamos no estaba así, estaba como al inicio. El problema se arregló inmediatamente, pero lo ideal hubiera sido que desde el inicio estuvieran las dos habitaciones dobles.

Aspectos positivos: El personal es súper amable, en especial Lizbeth es súper amistosa; el hotel está cómo nuevo, todo funciona muy bien, está súper cuidado y muy limpio.

Good quality hotel!

Aspectos positivos: Very nice room, with good aircondition. We had s nice balcony. Clean room. The pool is nice and big. The staff is very nice and helpful :)

Aspectos negativos: The hotel is situated at the little hill between San Augustinillo and Mazunte. It is safe to walk there in the evening, but it is very dark, with not a lot of street lights. But if you have a car it is no problem. The kitchen is not the nicest.

Aspectos positivos: Only a 5 minute walk from Mazunte centro, 10 minutes tops from where you idle away your lazy afternoons, Madre Tierra is a little gem. Comfortable, well appointed rooms, lovely staff. The showers are great. Treat yourself.

Pure luxury

Aspectos positivos: Pure luxury in a Pueblo magico. We loved the design and the size of our place. We loved the hostess with the mostess, Lisbeth. She was so welcoming and generous when we arrived. Our cabana had the most gorgeous view and a pool right in front that my daughter loved. The bed was comfortable and I was so happy to have a lush comforter again. We will definitely be back!!

Aspectos positivos: I loved Lisbet. She was very helpful, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and a great place to unwind after checking out the sites in Mazunte. It is beautifully decorated. Me and my adult children enjoyed immensely our stay here. We would come again.

Aspectos positivos: La atención de la administradora, las instalaciones en general. Fue una muy buena experiencia, regresaremos!!

Aspectos negativos: Me gustaría que tuvieran una cafetería, o por lo menos máquinas con refrescos o botanas ya que en la zona cierran todo muy temprano.

Really Pretty, Roomy, and comfortable stay.

Aspectos positivos: The mural in my room was gorgeous with actual conch shells, beautiful colors. Bed was large (albeit a bit ultra firm), bathroom seemed newly remodeled, really pretty. Spacious. Pool was great. AC was cold! Staff helpful!

Aspectos negativos: When I first arrived, my first room had a very, very strong perfumey smell. I was told it was a room sanitizer. Thank God they moved me to a fantastic room. It was longer to walk to restaurants at night and very dark. If I wasn’t alone, I might have felt more comfortable.
