San José del Pacífico- Cabañas Camino al Cielo 4

Aspectos positivos: Omar y Astrid te atienden de maravilla, son muy accesibles y excelentes anfitriones. La vista desde mi cabaña fue espectacular. Regresaría sin dudarlo.

Hermosa vista!

Aspectos positivos: La vista es hermosa! Cuando llueve comienza la neblina y es una vista muy relajante! A pesar de que llueve y el camino está de bajada o subida, la piedra que utilizaron es antiderrapante, esto daba mucha seguridad al caminar con el piso mojado! Hay mucha vegetación que hace del lugar un espectáculo natural! Y lo mejor que es petfrendly!

Aspectos negativos: Se deben bajar unas escaleras no tan seguras para acceder al baño! Si se hospedan personas de la tercera edad es complicado bajar al baño y debes salir del hospedaje para acceder al baño por otra puerta(la de la cocina, que está en la planta baja) No había botes de basura en los cuartos. La tina de baño es muy alta y por tanto peligrosa, más para personas adulto mayores. Fuera de estos detalles definitivamente volvería a hospedarme ahí, porque la vista es bellísima y el Airbnb es dentro de todo agradable!

Incredible view from the cabin and super location if you want some privacy.

Aspectos positivos: We loved the location being slightly out of the main part of SJDP. The view is breathtaking and it has been imprinted in my mind. And exceptional walk to the cabin which has been beautifully laid out and cared for. You can see the love for the foliage and the environment. Well done to the team. The cabin (4) is ample in size and lots of blankets and we had a heater as evenings were cold. The staff (Mrs Horastia and Omar) weee world class and Omar was always available to message and very responsive. Accomodation was very clean. Also the kitchen has almost everything you need. It was quite private and only the second night we had neighbours who seemed to be a bit loud but did quieten at 10pm ish. We felt it definitely offered good privacy. There is some construction happening in front of cabin 3 - so enquire before booking :)

Aspectos negativos: We found the cabin to be a bit soulless and really would benefit from some personality. I understand more things makes it more risk for people to break things but still it just felt cold. The bathroom is the one room I felt particularly needs some work and feels very plastic. The water pressure is poor but at least there is hot water.

Amazing hospitality

Aspectos positivos: The hosts and their lovely tips in the surrounding (walk down the hill with our 4 little children, very nice steak form Oaxaca while he arranged the fire for us, mezcal tasting under the stars, helping us with the kids and grocery’s ,…)… what a view! Thanks

Aspectos positivos: THE VIEW!!!!!!!! It was an amazing location. Just a small walk from the center of town and the view in the mornings and evenings as amazing.

Aspectos negativos: The stairs could be done with a handrail. And there was enough room in the cabin for a desk and chair. That was my only complaint.

A beautiful place to visit once in your life

Aspectos positivos: This was my first visit to Mexico and I must say it is an amazing place. By the way, we stayed in Cabin 2 and Cabin 3. Cabin 2 is quite spacious, and Cabin 3 is a one-room but unique with a large wood stove. ［Cabin 2］ It is a two-story house with a kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms and a small terrace on the second floor. The view from the terrace is something you can't understand unless you come here. It also keeps your room clean and completely protects you from the cold. ［Cabin 3］ This is a one-room apartment, but it has a wood stove and a large terrace. Drinking coffee while looking at the starry sky and the fire in the stove was something special. Both were fantastic and amazing The owner is also kind and helpful. He was happy to help me even though I am not fluent in English or Spanish. I want to thank him, the house and San Jose del Pacífico. Thank you so much for this time.

Aspectos negativos: Not particularly If I had to say one thing, it would be that there is a cute and friendly cat, but if you have cat allergies you should be careful.

In the middle of nature

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful place with amazing views. The landlords are super nice and friendly. We arrived really late and they managed to give us a warm welcome. Only a few minutes walk to the center and only 2 min walk there is a small shop where you can get all the basics. We loved it and can absolutely recommend the gorgeous place 😊

Stunning cabin with the most perfect view of sunset and the stars!

Aspectos positivos: The property has stunning gardens and an incredible view of the mountains and sunset - better than any in town! At night you can see stars so clearly! We stayed for two nights and spent our time hiking in the surrounding area. The property was incredibly clean and well supplied, we’re very sad we didn’t get to stay longer!

Rustical mountain lodge with beautiful view.

Aspectos positivos: Rustical mountain lodge with beautiful view. Spacious hut with all you need to spend a few days in El Pacifico. It get's cold at night. The second bedroom has no windows.

Aspectos negativos: The light switches and corresponding lights did not work in all rooms. But was ok for us.

fantastic location, great value. Only note is that there should be a garrafon for water.

Aspectos positivos: Loved how easy the access was - although instead of being in the lockbox when we arrived the door was just open. We arrived late at night so before trying the door we walked around a bit. would have been great to know we could walk right in :)
