Aspectos positivos: The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to treat us just like family. If you love plants and flowers you will love this place. The girls in the morning made us breakfast. The staff was really really attentive. One night we didn’t come back and the ground keeper stayed up waiting and kindly scolded us like our father the next day. Haha As two woman we felt extremely safe.
Aspectos negativos: There is a duck that never stops quacking haha It’s a drive to the center but if you are smart you will get a car regardless to really enjoy Oaxaca. Oaxaca is very big but social media doesn’t show that Oaxaca is HUGE and it takes hours to go to a lot of different places. If you are a person who needs a televisión well you will have to learn to disconnect and enjoy your surroundings. I am not sure if the bigger houses have television. You should be out exploring not watching television.

Aspectos positivos: El lugar es muy bonito,la atención del vigilante muy amable, un lugar muy aseado y en buenas condiciones la habitación .
Aspectos negativos: Que quisieran cancelar la reservación a unos días cuando se programó con meses de anticipación,Que se equivocara de habitación y nos desalojaran a las 12 de la noche dándome una habitación que no cumplía con lo ofrecido en la publicidad. Como ventilación ,refrigerador, agua de ingesta. El papel higiénico de súper mala calidad.

A great place in an amazing property that will leave a lasting memory, once you get there.
Aspectos positivos: Overall our stay was great, once we got to the location we were amazed by the rustic look. The property is clean, peaceful and beautiful. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms layout is great, and very imaginative. The beds were comfortable and clean. All basic amenities were in working order. The breakfast was humble but absolutely delicious.
Aspectos negativos: The directions to the property are nonexistent. I was unable to find the hotel in Google maps, Waze or Apple Maps. However, once I called the telephone number on booking.com, I was guided by a very nice gentleman. Adding a small map or directions when the hotel reservation is confirmed would be very helpful. Following is a list of the small things that I believe could have improved our stay: blinds on the small window on the second floor (sun shined on our faces in the mornings), blinds on the front doors for added privacy, window screens on the bathrooms and shampoo.
