Gran casa para amigos a 4 cuadras del Zocalo

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó que está muy espacioso, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar a gusto (café, agua potable, hamacas, terraza).

Aspectos negativos: Sentí demasido la ausencia de los gestores o renteros y se podría hablar con los vecinos para mejorar un poco el pasillo de la entrada. En realidad no es un problema mayor, inmediatamente uno se da cuenta de que está todo bien, pero de entrada saca un poco de onda.

Aspectos positivos: Eine ruhige, aber zentrale Lage. Wir haben die gesamte Unterkunft gemietet und hatten alle genügend Platz und zu 4. jeder ein eigenes Bad zur Verfügung.

Excellent stay for our group of 6, great division of space, rooms and terrific rooftop terrace

Aspectos positivos: The space was great and perfect for our group and better than what we expected. The owner was very helpful when we locked ourselves out of one of the rooms (each room/door has its own key which made it perfect for our group to split up and come and go separately). We were not clear on the layout from the description in the ad but each floor has two bedrooms (one with bathroom attached and one with bathroom outside in the hall). The full kitchen was very nice to have and the roof top terrace was incredible, great views and nice furniture to relax in the mornings or after a long day of enjoying the city. Location was perfect - close to some great restaurants, small grocery store and large bakery (and a nice little bar - la Cueva). The weather was unusually cold for Oaxaca so we asked for a few heaters - brand new ones were delivered the next day. The apartment/space was perfect for us (6) and we will rent again on a return trip.

Aspectos positivos: This a great place, at the quiet end of the beach Playa Zicatela (the north ednd if full of beach clubs). The pool was crystal clean, great for cooling off as the midday temps were quite warm (13-Nov). Steps from the breach for morning walks and evening sunsets.

Una casa agradable y comoda en Oaxaca con amigos

Aspectos positivos: Nos gusto las habitaciones limpias y agradables. La comodidad del patio que conecta con todas las habitaciones nos da libertad como grupo de reunirnos . Todos los cuartos estaban equipados con los necesario como los baños y la cocina. Nos encanto la cercanía de la casa con el centro turístico. Todo fue maravilloso y excelente.

Aspectos negativos: El baño exterior de abajo no salía agua caliente para la ducha.

Aspectos positivos: Quiet, non-touristy neighborhood yet still close to Zocalo, good restaurants, galleries, etc. Comfortable beds and privacy - very secure. Very kind assistance from.property manager.
