The perfect place to stay in Coyoacan

Aspectos positivos: This is my second time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment with lots of amenities / facilities. Having a washing machine is a great bonus after travelling around Mexico for 3 weeks. Lovely little private courtyard garden. The location is perfect for exploring Coyoacan. The communication before and during my arrival was excellent.

Aspectos negativos: I loved everything

Location location location. Excellent value for money.

Aspectos positivos: Very close to the main square.the apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated, the bed is huge! The portable heater was a bonus.

Aspectos negativos: Just a couple of small things: there was no kettle and a complimentary bottle of water on arrival would have been nice, especially as I arrived late evening. Although it wasn’t a problem for me as I’m quite petit, the bathroom is tiny.

Cozy basement apartment in downtown Coyoacán

Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent, the apartment is small but perfect for two. It has all the comfort, appliances and items for cooking. Nice TV with Netflix which is very nice. Great Wi-Fi connection We were provided with a small heater and extra blanket for warmth. It has a small courtyard that can be accessed. The host and cleaning staff were very responsive with all our queries and provided a really good service! The location is perfectly located in downtown Coyoacán and we greatly enjoy the convenience of exploring the surrounding areas.

Aspectos negativos: The room is quite cold (most México City houses are Cold on winter) and didn’t have too much natural light as it It is located in the basement. In the summer will be nice and refreshing, when is hot. We didn’t like that the people upstairs were very noisy and there were a couple of nights this was quite annoying. As the room is on the basement the noise tends to funnel downward, noise comes through the floor.

Great property in a great location

Aspectos positivos: The kingbsizenbedbwas amazing and we liked how the place stayed so cool in hot weather. Almost cold so the space heaters came in handy. We also liked how responsive the staff was with any questions we had.

Aspectos negativos: Our only complaint was the water temperature of the shower was inconsistent.

Review for basement 1BR apt

Aspectos positivos: Pros: The location and is great and the keypad entry system at the front gate and apartment felt very secure. The host is kind, communicative, and helpful via WhatsApp when we had questions or when issues arose. Comfy bed. There are two small space heaters which helped a lot since it’s quite cold in the winter. They take good care of the property as evidenced by the maintenance workers were there working on the building's front patio every day of our two-week stay.

Aspectos negativos: Cons: The upstairs kitchen is directly above the basement’s bedroom, so, as light sleepers, the upstairs people woke us up a lot when it was occupied. And remember that this is Mexico so you cannot flush toilet paper (not even for #2) or the toilet will clog; that's not the host's fault but you need to be aware of this. And because it’s a basement at the back of the building, it’s quite dim inside, so you need to use the lights inside even during the day.

Safe, comfortable, convenient apartment in Coyoacan.

Aspectos positivos: Plenty of space with a great location and excellent communication with the property managers. Loved having a full kitchen and washer and dryer.

Aspectos negativos: There were some construction issues in one of the bathrooms needing some repair and updating.

Aspectos positivos: Awesome location. Easy access to building and apartment. Clean. Good WiFi. Quiet for the most part.

Aspectos negativos: Hot water was very limited especially on days the upstairs guests got an early morning jump on us. Any guests talking outside our door could be heard throughout the apartment. Seemed noise of any kind was amplified.
