Aspectos positivos: La amabilidad y actitud del personal. Los servicios, utensilios y vajilla de la cocina se ajustan a todas las necesidades. El barrio es muy seguro y tranquilo, con opciones de transporte, compras y comida de todos los precios, relativamente cerca. A pocos minutos del centro de Coyoacán. Excelente aseo. La TV tiene algunos servicios de streaming como VIX y el canal de Master Chef MX :)

Aspectos negativos: La circulación del aire en la habitación no es suficiente. Como asmático tuve algunos problemas. El internet por momentos de la noche es inestable.

Aspectos positivos: Tiene agua caliente y todos estaba muy limpio.. Tato es muy amable

Good place for both shorter and longer stays in CDMX

Aspectos positivos: Great simple room in a good location. It is close to the final stop of the blue metro line. Safe and clean neighbourhood. Very affordable compared to other options in CDMX. The host welcomed me. He was very friendly and hospitable.

Aspectos negativos: Although it was more than sufficient for me, the room might be on the smaller end for some. It is a bit hard to stop light from entering through the windows as well (although this did not bother me much either).

Aspectos positivos: La limpieza indispensable para mí, el trato del personal, muy amable y familiar, el anfitrión me dio una cálida bienvenida, la ubicación para mí, más q excelente.

Aspectos negativos: En general, el cuarto muy pequeño, sin embargo, nada q no se pudiera manejar.

Aspectos positivos: Nice neighborhood and clean facilities. Room is small but has everything needed

Aspectos negativos: The windows of the room are not connected to outdoors but to the lobby and kitchen so the air circulation is bad and smells of the food people cook in the kitchen -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Update 15.Aug.2025: I especially don't like the owner messaged me thru Whatsapp after I submitted my perfectly NORMAL review as I have done for the other numerous hotels I have stayed in the past. I stated nothing but simple truth. The simple logic is: I paid for the stay, I reviewed it. Owner received the money. Nothing more than these 3 things will ever happen between us. Answering on Whatsapp is not my obligation/job at all, I am not customer service! Not to mention contact me in such a RUDE manner regarding my review that he's not satisfied with(not my problem, you should know review is subjective), accusing me that I mentioned things I don't like (still don't forget I didn't mention the thing I promised I wouldn't during the previous discussion on Whatsapp) one month after I left my 3-day stay. If all 12 hotels messaged me after seeing my reviews thru Whatsapp during my one-month trip, I cannot handle it. As a matter of fact, never had one hotel/hostel owner contacted me regarding my review which he's not satisfied with. So it's quite new experience for me.

Aspectos positivos: En verdad es la primera vez que contrato este tipo de servicio y quede muy satisfecho, centrico para mis actividades, muy comuniucado en todas direcciones, como no estoy acostumbrado al frio, la primera noche fue la sufrida, broma, agradezco la confianza y el alojamiento,

Aspectos negativos: no tengo ninguna queja,

Aspectos positivos: El precio-calidad estuvo acorde, cumple con lo que se ofrece 👌, limpio , confortable y de acceso facil. El anfitrion atento en todo momento , volveria a hospedarme , la zona segura , limpia y cerca de varios establecimientos.

Aspectos negativos: El lavabo un poco chico , si mides arriba de 1.70 m , cuesta un poco lavarse los dientes .

Aspectos positivos: Tato el anfitrión es muy amable, siempre fue muy atento y nos dejó dejar nuestro equipaje antes del check in. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario y es muy acogedora, el lugar está muy cerca de varios sitios de interés.

I wish all hotels were like this one!

Aspectos positivos: I stay in 20 different hotels a year and seldom see one as clean as this. And it is in a safe area, and a secure building with well equipped kitchen and great staff. Not only WILL I return, but I already did!
