Aspectos positivos: Nos encantó la ubicación del lugar. Tenemos cerca todo. El lugar super cómodo y super limpio. Carlos fue super amable y comprensible con nuestros horarios. El parking seguro en general todo super bien Lo recomiendo demasiado

Muy gratificante
Aspectos positivos: Realmente el cuarto es muy amplio y acogedor, es aún mejor que en las fotos. El host es super amable y disponible desde mi llegada. La habitación cuenta con todos los servicios que se mencionan y también cuenta con clima. La zona en la que se ubica es bastante cerca de las playas conocidas de huatulco.

Spacious apartment with on-premise parking
Aspectos positivos: Spacious, pretty new and clean apartment with air conditioning. Friendly and accomodating host. Wifi was good. There was a parking spot in the yard of the apartment. Location was OK, in a quiet side street, but we drove to the supermarket (Soriana / Chedraui) and the beaches (good snorkeling at Playa Entrega). Would stay there again.
Aspectos negativos: The neighbours' dogs and roosters weren't the quietest - but hey, you're in Mexico. Kitchen was there but not really well equipped to cook your own meals. But there were some basics like plates, cutlery and a fridge.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones están super amplias y tiene todo cerca, hay dos tiendas locales en ambas esquinas, restaurantes, panadería, verdulerías y todo muy cerca. Las principales playas están muy cerca en taxi y también el Chedraui si prefieres un centro comercial más grande. El alojamiento cuenta con cocina equipada y el baño está muy amplio.
Aspectos negativos: Sentí que los ventiladores del techo no enfriaban tanto pero contaba con aire acondicionado y un ventilador de pie así que se compensa. La cama me resultó pequeña así que usamos el sofá cama pero no era nada cómodo. No había sábanas adicionales ni manta en la cama principal. No había amenidades en el baño (shampoo, jabón de cuerpo, papel de baño, bote para la basura del baño) solo pusieron un rollo de papel para una estancia de 9 noches!

Very spacious, friendly host, unbeatable price, excellent internet!
Aspectos positivos: The apartment far exceeded my expectations! It was huge, with large windows and beautiful marble tiles! I could not believe how nice it was given the low price. It was actually much cheaper than the hotels I looked at, surprisingly. When I arrived, Carlos was waiting, making the exchange of keys very simple. He was also great at communicating quickly and was very friendly and helpful. Finally, the internet was super fast! I could not believe how quickly sites were loading, as typically the internet in Oaxaca tends to be slow compared to other areas. I would definitely consider renting this place for a longer period in the future as I work from home.
Aspectos negativos: The area is mostly residential, so there aren't too many restaurants and stores (though if you're looking to avoid crowds, this could be a good thing). However, there is an excellent Japanese restaurant right around the corner! There is also a kitchen and refrigerator if you wish to prepare your own food. So this isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of.

Aspectos negativos: Que compartes el estacionamiento y los huéspedes de los otros lofs no respetan el estacionamiento, uno se estacionó justo en la entrada.

Aspectos positivos: Es un excelente espacio, con todo lo necesario para descansar y estar en el día. Se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos, es un espacio muy pulcro y bien acondicionado. Las camas excelentes así como la ventilación.
Aspectos negativos: La ubicación no mucho, tampoco está alejado pero por todas las amenidades la ubicación es lo de menos.
