Excelente hospedaje

Aspectos positivos: Es difícil decir algo que no me gustó, el departamento es bonito, excelente ubicación, muy tranquilo, todo excelente

Aspectos negativos: El.agua no sale muy caliente

Aspectos positivos: La comodidad de estar como en casa y la ubicación del lugar.

Aspectos negativos: El jacuzzi no funcionará, el agua de la regadera 🚿 del primer baño se saliera hasta el comedor , el control de la televisión de la recamara principal tampoco sirviera ... usamos el control de la televisión de la sala para encender y la tubería de la tarja en la cocina mal ..se salía toda el agua 💧. Requiere un poco más de mantenimiento

Excelente hospedaje

Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones están de muy bien, la ubicación es excelente, la playa Santa Cruz está a 10 minutos caminado, a la vuelta esta un chedraui, sin ruido, tranquilo, excelente para una familia. Cocina, refrigerador, lavadora, jacuzzi, Internet, baños, terrazas, esta de lujo. Regresaría sin duda alguna.

Aspectos negativos: Tal vez las cerraduras de las puertas pero la verdad no es problema!

We walked in the door and knew it would work! We hope to return.

Aspectos positivos: That it was just as advertised, no surprises. We appreciated the elevator for the guest with a bad hip. Great ceiling fans, very quiet. Enjoyed cooling off in private hot tub . Well equipped kitchen.

Aspectos negativos: The late night noise level from the bar right beside our unit and to much party bus at times. The key pad didn't always want to let us in right away. Balcony had no comfortable seating.

Aspectos positivos: The host was super friendly amd quick in replaying, the apartment was modern with a nice terrace, sunbeds and jacuzzi. It was walking distance to the beach and to the little village.

Aspectos negativos: Every night a party bus passed by the street in front of the apartment every few minutes with loud music, this was not very pleasant as we had little children who were supposed to sleep but were excited with the lights and the music of the party bus.

Very nice property, easy access to Santa Cruz, Chahue and Crucicita. I’ll be back.

Aspectos positivos: Alex was very attentive from the very beginning. He was very accommodating answering our questions and easy to get a hold of as needed.

Aspectos positivos: Muy cómodo y lindo. Cuenta con aire acondicionado para todo el departamento. Muy bien equipado. El acceso con elevador también te facilita tu estancia y el jacuzzi es un plus.

Aspectos positivos: Todo limpio y tranquilo. instalación muy acojedora. Recomendación falta un horno de microondas.

Aspectos negativos: No pudimos usar la tina de hidromasaje, porque estaba descompuesta. Según nos harían un reembolso, pero no han dicho nada.

Overall good

Aspectos positivos: It had everything needed for a longer stay. Easy walking to most everything.

Aspectos negativos: No cleaning service during our two week stay. Noisy party buses nightly pass the property. Shower flooded when taking a longer shower out into the bathroom.

Would stay again and recommend to others

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, newer decor and finishes, responsive manager, close to everything , great location, excellent A/C and WIFI.

Aspectos negativos: Small incidentals that the host knew about and was looking to rectify.
