Aspectos positivos: Es un lugar lindo ,muy agradable y el personal también la ubicación está a una 10 cuadras del parque central está bien por que la caminada es agradable, el anfitrión da muy buena información sobre los lugares a visitar
Aspectos negativos: Al baño le hace falta un poco de aseo en las paredes y no deberían de cobrar por guardar tus maletas sería un muy buen servicio si le brindaran esto a los huéspedes

Great location. Super friendly host.
Aspectos positivos: I had a lovely stay in Yellow Flat Studio. Dan, the host, was super helpful at all times. It's in a great location and looks like the photos. I liked the courtyard and the bar area upstairs. Wifi was very reliable, which I needed for some work calls.

Nice place to stay!
Aspectos positivos: The room is super spacious and the bed is comfortable, there is hot water in the shower, the host is awesome! Super attentive and very helpful.
Aspectos negativos: The bathroom was a bit tight for space but we managed of course. Also, it could benefit from some small updates, such as new grout and shower fixtures and some shower hooks for the towels, but it was not a deal breaker.

Aspectos positivos: I loved the attached kitchen and bathroom There was hot water for showers, there was great space for clothes including ample hangars. I really appreciated all the information I needed written out: wifi password, instructions for stove and garbage. There were suggestions for local markets and grocery stores and restaurants as well. The location was good. it was a bit of a walk to the center, about 10 blocks, but it was a pleasant walk. I was there for a while so I liked that they offered me a large water tank at a reasonable price. Dan was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly.
Aspectos negativos: Sink in bathroom was tiny, A little problem with bugs. It was obviously an older building, bedding and pillows could be newer.

Aspectos positivos: For me it was like being in Paradise, it was very clean, peaceful, quiet place to vacation. I loved the greenery of the property. The property had a nice terrace to chill out and relax. A great safe place to stay in Oaxaca Mexico. If you’re looking for a nice quiet and safe relaxing experience Yellow flat-estudio Oaxaca Centro is a place to consider staying., I forgot to mention that a kichenet is on the property in case you wish to cook your food. And finally the property is a 10-15 min leisure walk with plenty to keep your head turning from side to side taking in everything you see. I must add that no matter where you are at be assured that your safety is extremely important to seems like everybody. Security officials who represent a number of security departments are never more than 1-2 minutes from your sight. I felt more safe in Oaxaca than any place I’ve ever visited and that includes the USA. Dan thanks for all you done to make my visit so memorable. That’s it
Aspectos negativos: Well nothing, tv junkies there’s no tv in the room and at first that was an issue for someone like me who feels need to be aware of what going on in the world. After 2 days, I actually like that concept

Exceptional value within reasonable expectations
Aspectos positivos: Very convenient and great value. The studio was convenient to everything and was quiet both day and night, Daniel is an exceptional host and will meet any needs that you have
Aspectos negativos: The bed is very firm and the pillows need to be replaced. We gave Daniel this feedback before we left, so TBD
