Puntos para mejorar el espacio y que el usuario lo disfrute más.

Aspectos positivos: El departamento se ve bastante nuevo y bonito, la ubicación es buena, aunque está lejos del centro hay un mercado muy cerca en dónde puedes comprar comida, el transporte público pasa muy cerca del departamento y te deja en el centro de Oaxaca. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño del departamento en todo momento.

Aspectos negativos: Un poco sucia el área de gabinetes abajo de donde se lavan los trastes, cuando te bañas el baño se llena de agua ya que la coladera de regadera se tapa muy rápido y no tiene pendiente o algo que detenga el agua. La cama para la tercera persona es un poco incómoda, como sugerencia, sería bueno indicar que no es apto para adultos mayores ya que es difícil llegar al departamento por el tipo de escaleras.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is very nice, modern, comfortable bed, wifi is good, strong and constant signal. There is no AC but the fan on the ceiling is really strong and it would cool the room nicely. The terrace on top is nice, we used it a lot. There are nice little shops and a market on the street where you can buy fresh products if you like to cook. There are very nice restaurants bars and burger shops in the area, it is quiet and safe to walk around. It takes about 45 min walk to the historic center. We enjoyed the stay here, I really recommend it for longer stays. There is a laundry store the street behind the apartment

Aspectos negativos: The shower had was clogged and the pressure of the water was low but we took it off and we had no problem. From time to time we ran out of water, but the host fixed that immediately. In my opinion this is a problem all over the place, not just the apartment. There are stairs toward the apartment which are rather narrow and you we had difficulty carrying the suitcases.

Aspectos positivos: El anfitrion estuvo atento desde el inicio hasta el final, la habitacion confortable y en armonia, todos los servicios que se citan en la plataforma fueron los obtenidos, sin dudar volvería y digna de recomendar.

Aspectos negativos: La distancia hacia el centro de la ciudad es de consideración, sin embargo, hay transporte colectivo constante, adémas, al ser un lugar donde no hay mucho turismo, me gusto el mercado local de lugar y los comercios a los alrededores; y por último, el lugar se pudo observar seguro y tranquilo durante todo el tiempo de mi estancia
