Aspectos positivos: Muy silencioso, perfecto para una escapada de la ciudad en pareja, relajarse.

Aspectos negativos: Todo bien, solo en la tarde noche, el de mantenimiento nos dijo que el jacuzi no servía, pero a la mañana siguiente el señor otro nos dijo que funcionaba perfecto.

Volvería definitivamente a quedarme aquí

Aspectos positivos: La vista lo es todo! El apartamento es muy lindo pero la vista es increíble del mar. Es solo recomendable si llevas auto. El lugar muy seguro, y tiene una alberca muy limpia que no usamos pero estaba disponible.

Aspectos negativos: Algunos utensilios de cocina necesitan ser renovados y el apartamento requiere una manita de gato. Pero vale la pena aún así. muy lindo todo.

Aspectos negativos: Solo requiere un poco de mantenimiento la puerta del baño de la habitación principal y la cortina.

Aspectos positivos: My husband and I recently stayed at Sexto Piso y Vista al mar in Veracruz, Mexico. A good size apartment with modern amenities. We enjoyed our stay and had spoke with the property manager about staying again when we return in a few months. Security gaurd was very nice.

Aspectos negativos: *BEWARE! Always take video and/or photos. After check-in, my husband and I discovered that the air conditioner was not working, so I contacted the property manager and she returned and unlocked the 2nd bedroom to gain access to the circuit board. She showed my husband which circuit to flip if it tripped again. We did have to reset it a few times but it was not a big issue for us. Unfortunately, after we checked out yesterday, and had already left the property and the state, we received messages from the property manager stating that there was a baseboard missing from the second room. She is also accusing us of using the 2nd bedroom. We received another message later where she stated a headboard was missing. We only entered the room to flip the circuit and to record the room for our security. I messaged her back explaining that no one stayed with us and that we only walked in the room to flip the circuit and record the room, which there is no baseboard or headboard. We are really disappointed but I'm more concerned about being accused of theft. We are not people who go around taking things that belong to others. We did suggest that she review security footage. I tried to send my video of the walk through to her but it won't allow me to, so I sent screenshots from the video and it includes time and date stamps. She still has sent several messages to me through booking.com accusing us of stealing. I'm not sure how to handle this but I have messaged customer service to file a complaint. The kitchen wasn't very clean but we took photos and I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. Except one cabinet near laundry area that had something spilled and dried inside that I didn't touch. The manager stressed to be careful with the white towels and there were signs everywhere about the towels so we didn't bother using them since we had brought our own.
